It's Carnival, so it's... costume time!! 
But this year I don't have one
I may try to improvise something...
I wanted to draw something extremately cute
This time I chose Rukia and Inoue from Bleach. I wanted to include Ichigo, but I prefer pictures with only two characters 
I used Tite Kubo's style for chibis I hope I did it well [link]
My photoshop isn't working very well these days, so this picture is more traditional than digital ^^U
But I think it looks cuter this way
