I did this for my PnF/Anime Art Jam! I want to draw all the crewmembers, but I'm not sure if I will be able to do it. So I'll try to upload what I can ^^U
I used a base for the wanted poster :)

As you can see, it's Phineas as Monkeu D. Luffy.
Natsu no Ichimi means "Summer Crew" in japanese. I though it would fit the series ^^

Hahahah, wow, now that's quite an interesting take on a character mix, I'll say. This one may be a bit smarter, but that determination and power would still be quite strong. I also like the "Two Years Later" look that you give him as well.
